Same-Day Inspection
We arrive with acoustic listening equipment, a thermal camera, and pressure testing gear. The inspection typically takes one to three hours. No walls are opened, no excavation is needed during detection.
Written Report
Before leaving we hand you a written report with the confirmed leak location, detection method used, and pressure test results. Your plumber, insurer, and water district all accept this documentation.

How soon can you come out?
Same-day appointments are available most days across the full Portland metro. Call in the morning and we can usually confirm an afternoon arrival window. For active leaks causing damage, we prioritise same-day scheduling.
Do you need me to be home during the inspection?
Yes. We need access to the water meter, interior areas near the suspected leak, and sometimes the crawl space or utility room. Someone 18 or older needs to be on site for the duration of the inspection.
What if you cannot find the leak?
We document what we tested and the results of each step regardless of outcome. An inconclusive result is still a documented result your plumber can use to rule out sections of the system and plan the next step.
