What to Expect When You Call

We will ask a few quick questions about your situation—what you are seeing, how long it has been happening, and what type of foundation your home has. This helps us bring the right equipment and gives you a realistic time estimate before we arrive.

Most appointments in the Portland metro area are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Same-day is often available for active leaks.

After the appointment you receive a written report with meter readings, pressure test results, acoustic findings, and a marked location diagram. That report is what your plumber, insurer, or water district needs to act.
